These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and WorcX ApS ("WorcX", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the WorcXmobile application, website and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
WorcX is a field-service and inspection platform that lets companies and their employees manage cases, offers, materials, customers and subscriptions. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Company owners are responsible for the employees they invite and the data those users add.
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use the Service for lawful, business purposes.
3. Subscriptions, trials & billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Trials: a free trial, where offered, is available once per company. After a trial (or once a company has subscribed before), starting a subscription requires payment.
- Renewals: paid subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled.
- Upgrades & downgrades: an upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period; a cancelled trial ends access immediately.
- Payments: payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Applicable taxes may be added.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems;
- interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law;
- upload malware, or content that infringes the rights of others.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you and your team add to the Service (such as cases, customers, offers and media). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, belongs to WorcX ApS or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorcX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you can request export or deletion of your data as described in Delete Data.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and the courts of Denmark have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
